I bought my 2017 Toyota Highlander from Dave Morton Auto Sales, and I couldn’t be happier. I originally messaged about the car after hours, and Thomas replied right away. Even from his home, he took the time to answer my questions without pressuring me in any way. I had been looking for a car for weeks, and I was so frustrated. Buying a car should be fun, not stressful. Once I found this car, it was exactly what I wanted for the price I was looking for. So the team being so easy to work with finally made it fun! I bought the Toyota after only seeing it online, so I had to trust them that it actually was what they said it was. The finance manager made the payment simple, and they even arranged delivery at a very fair price. The delivery driver was very nice as well. All that is to say,, I love my Highlander, and the people at DMAS made it a great experience. 10:10 would recommend.

I bought a 2017 Elantra here from Ethan an Johnny. I have no credit an they were able to get me financed. The reason I wanted financing is to get a newer car with less issues. I was assured if the car had any issues within the first month or so, they would help handle it. Well, when I got the car home it died trying to park in my spot, which is on a slight incline. I texted John an he replied that they would get it fixed. He asked me to use his mechanic of choice, Carlson's Auto Repair on state street. I brought it in on my next available day off, an they were unable to find any issues for the time they test drove it. I went the next day an picked it up, only for it to die less than one minute away from Charlie's on Lancaster. The check engine an battery light both came on, but it started right back up after. I texted Johnny an he advised me to get the check engine light ran an give that to Charlie's. This is where I am at time of this review. I will update further based on final results. For now I am giving five stars based on the communication and follow through on Johnny's word. He said they would handle it, an so far they are. It is regrettable that the car has such an issue, but as long as they get it fixed I would consider that a huge improvement over other dealerships. If you check other reviews for other dealerships in town, you'll see a huge amount of unhappy customers. So, if you're in the market for a vehicle, I can currently highly recommend Dave Mortons. If that should change, I'll be sure to adjust my review accordingly. Update: The issue was fixed an paid for. Took a long time but it was done right.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I called about the availability of a car on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Adam Warnke. I arranged for a test drive the next day. When I arrived, Adam greeted me right next to the car that I was interested in. He immediately pointed out the two small flaws (that he mentioned on the phone call). He was very well versed in all of the features and specs for the car. The car was as described on the site - very clean, well maintained and fully functional. Adam also helped me set up the phone interface (older car - no Car Play) and fully test the music system. The dealership also worked with a nearby tire shop to lift the car so that I could inspect underneath with me having to jack the car up and crawl under. This was way above and beyond in my book. I'm very happy with the car and the buying experience.

We went in looking for a car for our daughter. Cam helped us out and accompanied us on several test drives. He was very friendly and patient, answered all of our questions, and wasn't pushy, which was very important to us. We got a great car from them for a great price. I had an extremely good experience here. Everyone was really friendly and though smaller, the whole vibe of the lot feels like a family run environment. Our salesman Thomas was easy to work with and had great communication, he even went above and beyond in retrieving something important I left in my old vehicle after we’d already left. He mailed it directly to my house and I will always be grateful for that kindness ??. The sales process was extremely fast - I don’t even think I was there a whole hour! Got financing through my credit union which made me feel secure, and the trade in process was also fast and easy, not to mention very fair. I searched everywhere for this car, and I’m SO glad I ended up going with Dave Morton!

This is the place to go for service that is above the rest. Got my first car two years ago and was treated with respect and honesty. They care that you are happy with the car. This year my daughter was ready for a new car and we found another gem from Dave Morton's. We had a problem just a few days in and they took care of me. I got royal treatment. Purchased a vehicle in January from Dave Morton Auto Sales. Had some issues with the air conditioning and it had to be put into the shop a couple times. The owner Jamison Ennis totally made good on the repair! He had it taken to Carlsons auto repair and they did a good job of fixing it. Jamison then followed up with a conversation to make sure all was good. Thank you Jamison! I so appreciate you making good on the air conditioning unit! Yesterday I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Dave Morton Auto Sales. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience quick and painless. Mike and Tom helped me pick the right car and John helped me run the numbers on it. All the gentlemen involved in the car purchase were highly experienced (I think Mike said he had 20+ years of car sales experience in Portland). They gave me a student discount and let me drive the car to Jiffy Lube up the street to get it inspected before buying. They were polite, honest, and real with me throughout the whole process which is a rare thing to find at used car lots these days.
